1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UG888 platform, including the website at ug888.xyz, all games, promotions, payment services, and any related features. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the UG888 platform. These Terms apply to all registered players regardless of the device or method used to access the site.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

4. Deposits

All deposits on UG888 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We support local payment methods including online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and select Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.

UG888 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Any attempt to use unsupported payment methods may result in funds being returned or the transaction being declined.

Funds deposited into your UG888 account are held for gaming purposes only. Deposits will not accrue interest, and UG888 does not act as a financial institution.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PHP.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of your payment method. This is a standard process designed to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus or associated winnings that remain after expiry will be forfeited.

Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus structures — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on UG888 — including slots, live casino tables, eBingo, and other formats — are governed by their own individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any wagers.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer mechanics, depending on the game type. UG888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, UG888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be verified, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Decisions made by UG888 in these circumstances are final.

8. Prohibited Conduct
